Job Description

As a talent acquisition, your typical day would look like this:

  • Identifying and understanding the hiring needs
  • Creating and implementing recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conducting in-depth candidate assessments.
  • Close positions within the Given TAT
  • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews,.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates,
  • Providing a positive candidate experience and communicating regularly throughout the hiring process.

What it requires to do the job:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in talent acquisition, with a focus on hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Any relevant certifications in human resources or recruitment would be a plus.
