Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee strategic projects for ONDC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, driving project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, providing performance feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality, adhering to SLAs and KPIs.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to generate insights, improving service and team performance, and report findings to management.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control and regular training to ensure high service standards.
Partner Experience: Resolve escalated partner issues, improving satisfaction and facilitating communication between teams.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies for better efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with business goals, representing the support team in partner interactions.

Required Skills:

Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or other frameworks.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication to manage stakeholder expectations.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Analytical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis to drive decision-making.
