Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Manager to join our dynamic team. The Growth Manager will be responsible for the retention of existing users and driving month-over-month (MOM) growth. This role will involve planning and executing in-app campaigns, managing in-app and web assets, and coordinating with various teams to create and source compelling marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Retention and Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to retain existing users and drive MOM growth.
• Analyze user data and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Plan, create, and execute in-app campaigns to engage and retain users.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to source and integrate offers based on different events and occasions.

3. Cross-functional Coordination:

• Work closely with the Digital team to design and implement marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all marketing efforts.

4. Management of In-App and Web Assets:

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of in-app and web assets including banners, daily offers (DOD), and widgets.
• Ensure that all assets are optimized for maximum engagement and user experience.

5. User Retention Activities:

• Manage and execute retention campaigns through various channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
• Monitor the performance of retention campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth marketing, user retention, and campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
